Overview
Bent Mountain Christian Academy is devoted to a Christian worldview in all aspects of the academy, from the combination of classroom subjects and settings, the individualized scheduling for remediation or advancement, to the regular outdoor activities and picnic days. Bible, academic classes, and the twice-daily outdoor-centered physical education are some of the required subjects for all the students. The basic foundational skills are emphasized in all grades (math, phonics, spelling, handwriting, and reading). Children are individually tested for placement in reading and math.
In the 2018-2019 academic school year, our school converted to the Charlotte Mason method of teaching students.

Student Life
Our school realizes the importance of raising well-rounded students and encourage activities which promote social etiquette, encourage healthy habits, and build a student's self-confidence.

Spiritual Life
Our school teaches the rightly-divided Bible and Christian values to help equip our students to live a Godly life in an un-Godly world.

Academics
Thought breeds thought; children familiar with great thoughts take as naturally to thinking for themselves as the well-nourished body takes to growing; and we must bear in mind that growth, physical, intellectual, moral, spiritual, is the sole end of education.
